Nandos Thanet Gay chicken!

If you are sensitive to gay stuff or against homosexuality, do not enter here! STOP! STOP! STOP!

I'm a straight male who had a horrible experience at this shop. Half of the guys there are ragging homosexuals.

I was dazzled by the stupid winks, smiles, and weird conversations started by the MANAGER and another gay fellow. Sexual harassment at its finest.

The report about this incident to the area manager didn't seem to work either.

Sad to see all these wicked s. being thrown in your face like it's something normal these days. The place is packed with gay male staff.

Stay away and cover your back! you will thank me later.

They don't even make proper grilled chicken. First, they steam the meat and then give it a grilled finish to trick you.

So you see this place is all about deceiving and manipulating you and me.

Kenneth in the Wimbledon branch went above and beyond. I want to write this review to show my appreciation to him. My chicken was cold so he took it back and brought it an eatable state. And took care of the bill for me. Thank you Kenneth!!!

Overrated overpriced very bad not good the food is not good the chicken is very dry I try complaining to them they don’t do anything it’s not good you rather go to McDonald’s at least you know what you’re getting and at least you know the food is in a turn good . They don’t care about the customers do care about the money the management don’t care about anyone I don’t listen to anyone and I’m very very rude and terrible and they just rush everything and don’t really care about the presentation the food anything and it’s not good very disappointed I’ve spent a lot of money in Nando’s not worth it not worth it I strongly advise you not to go here are you going to regret it . Don’t go here it’s not worth it overrated overpriced terrible customer service terrible management food sometimes okay sometimes it could be absolutely not good and shocking shocking disappointing terrible not good Nando’s. I contacted them to complain and they ignored me they said you haven’t came recently it was awhile back I know it was a while back why would I come back to something and I know it’s not gonna be good.

Yesterday we went to Nando’s in Bracknell. We were sat eating our food and a lady holding a baby is shown to her seat. One of the Nando’s staff put his back leg out and tripped her over. Luckily she didn’t drop the baby but she was very distraught. I offered to hold the child while she cried and regained her composure. My daughter spoke to the manager Natalia explaining what had happened and she was rude to her. Natalia went over to see the lady and apologise. She was give a free glass of coke and 2 corn on the cobs.
The customer should not have paid for anything as Nando’s was help accountable for how the woman was feeling. When I saw the lady hand over money, I went over to her table and I said to Natalia that she shouldn’t have to pay. Well, the abuse I got from her was unbelievable!!!! When I offered to pay the ladies bill Natalia said but I already give her discount. Yes that was nice but you should have given it for free as your staff was the reason she was so upset.
Anyway, I said to Natalia, ‘Am I allowed to pay her bill!’ She said yes and I said good because I dont want to stand here and argue.
Bill got paid but to top it off they brought over a stone cold plate of food
Yesterday was the first time I went to this one in Bracknell. I’ll never go again just because of poor customer service.
I work in hospitality myself and the way Nando’s handled it was very bad!!!!

The food was rather good at the Nando’s branch in Ruislip, just what was needed after a afternoon out with the family at the Vue cinema.

There were two of us who visited Nando’s Oxford George Street quite late on 14/5/22 after Nando’s Westgate experienced a kitchen issue and could not seat us. We were not greeted upon arrival. The person taking our order was friendly and pleasant but others behind the counter seemed miserable and reluctant to accept any new orders - then there should have been a “closed” sign on the door. The food was ok; the chicken was a little dry and the corn on the cob could have been hotter. I wouldn’t especially recommend this branch for others.

Went to the Nando’s Lakeside Retail Park and couldn’t believe just how filthy the restaurant was. Usually if they are busy you could overlook that but this was my first and last time there! Lights in dining room left for how long with lights out and cobwebs, which came floating down to greet us! The toilets were so dirty and have spit on the walls and the mens bathroom smelled of urine. The windows in the dinning room also had spit on them as well. I have never had ever seen a Nando’s look so disgusting. Wood on the walls in the dining room seen better days and some of the wood was missing leaving frayed wood on display. You are what you represent! If you want to visit Nando’s stay clear of this one…. If I am feeling ill I will know why!!

Great service and great food as always

We love Nandos -- but the last few visits have been terrible.
The food arrives in minutes (thats why its cold), but its worrying when it comes to poultry in particular. Chips are at blanched stage- had to send them back a couple of times!
Service is there if you look for it.
Terribly disheartened, and actually even the chicken looks smaller!
Its not cheap, and unfortunately standard is dwindling

I have been to Nandos many times as my friends love the place, food is seriously overrated and do i really want to have to refill my own cup whilst eating out, i may have well stayed at home with a KFC

Just registered my new nandos card. Quite easy, plus they gave me a free chilly.
